10/05/10 1:03:09 PMThe Lloydminster Competitive Softball Association's Bantam and Pee Wee Rebels teams started the 2010 season off in impressive fashion at the Rivercity Invitational. Both teams went undefeated through the round robin and were awarded gold when the finals for each were called by the umpires due to rain. Both teams had already defeated their opponents earlier in the tournament. The Pee Wee and Bantam Rebels now return home for league play in the Lloydminster Ladies League. The Bantam Rebels will face off against Wainright Tuesday night at 7:00 PM at the Legion Ball Park and the Pee Wee's will face off against the Vermillion Shadows on Thursday.
