10/05/10 11:53:44 AMAfter being kept off the diamond by rain in Saskatoon, the Servus Rebels started off the 2010 season in impressive fashion at the Rivercity Invitational. The Rebels not only went undefeated but mercied all of their opponents. The Rebels were powered by hot bats and strong starts from all three pitchers. Although the final was rained out, the Rebels were awarded gold; being the only team to sit at 4-0 and having already defeated their scheduled opposition for the gold medal game. The Servus Rebels next game is Thursday night in their opening game in the Lloydminster Ladies League.
